1. All the lubricating oil should be replaced totally after the ball mills continuously working for one month.A thorough cleaning is very necessary .
2. While the ball mills are operating, the lubricating oil temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 55℃.
3. The large and small gears should work smoothly with no abnormal noise.When necessary ,you should adjust the gap .
4. There should be no abnormal fluctuation about the motor current.
5. If anything abnormal is found, you should immediately stop the ball mills,and make a good check.
