At present , many enterprises adopt open-circuit grinding method to produce ultrafine slag powder.However,we can see there are many problems using the open-circuit grinding method to produce ultrafine slag powder, such as wear high ,the system power consumption always being high(even exceeding 200kwh), plus the less stablity of product qulity. All these make it hard to produce ultrafine powder continuously and steadily.
Based on Japan's ultrafine slag powder production process,shanghai shibang Machinery CO.Ltd, adopt to use warm pink fluttering system consisted of ultrafine mills and high efficiency separator to produce ultrafine slag powder.Thus conditions can be carried out before the pre- extrusion mill slag and the effect will be more obvious.
After drying , the slags are transported from hopper to electronmagnetic vibrating feeder where the slags are measured and iron-removed, and then into the ultrafine mills which has been reformed.
Stirring devices are installed in the ultrafine grinding mill to enhance the capacity of grinding mills.The rotating turbine in the classifier makes the coarse particles fall back for regrinding. The fine particles will come into the cyclone collector with the airflow and be discharged by the discharging valve on the bottom of the collector.They are the final products. The airflow with little dust will be discharged through blower and muffler after being purified by the cyclone collector.
