Common Problems With Ultrafine Crushers: Low Crushing Temperature

1. Improper adjustment of the backflow air valve at the feed inlet, blockage of the conveying pipeline, blockage of the sieve hole, short or poor breathability of the powder collection bag, and severe wear of the hammer edge surface can all cause backflow at the feed inlet. When this phenomenon occurs, the cause should be first investigated, and then targeted troubleshooting measures should be taken, such as adjusting the air valve to remove the blockage, or replacing the powder collection bag to increase breathability, or replacing the hammer.
2. Overheating of bearings: When the bearings are poorly lubricated, damaged, or the main shaft is bent, the rotor is severely unbalanced, and the belt is too tight, it can cause the bearings to overheat. Methods such as adding or replacing lubricating oil, replacing bearings, the main shaft, balancing the rotor ultrafine crusher, adjusting the belt tightness, etc. can be used to restore the bearings to their normal state.
3. Strong vibration of the crusher may be caused by the following reasons.

The installation and arrangement of the hammer pieces are incorrect. The weight deviation of the corresponding two sets of hammer pieces is too large, the bearings are damaged or the main shaft is bent, and the connecting screws of the feet are loose. If the hammer pieces are arranged incorrectly, they should be rearranged according to the requirements of the manual.
The unique design of the grading chamber and grading wheel of the ultra-fine crusher ensures uniform particle size. The unique design of the grading chamber and the vertical grading wheel with variable frequency speed regulation do not require a screen, and the product particle size can be graded at low speeds. The circular feeding structure strictly limits "large particles" and avoids over crushing. Therefore, the universal crusher uses grading wheels for grading due to narrow particle size distribution and uniform particle size, Avoiding the phenomenon of difficult sieving of powders with a mesh size of over 150.
The grinding temperature of the ultrafine crusher is relatively low.
Due to avoiding the phenomenon of "over crushing", the crushing chamber does not generate excess heat. At the same time, an air duct is set at the feeding end of the crushing chamber (which can be connected to cold air if necessary). Due to the presence of induced air, the temperature generated during crushing is carried away by the induced air. A circulating water jacket device is added to the outer jacket of the crushing chamber to further reduce the temperature generated during crushing.
Fully enclosed negative pressure operation, no leakage of powder during the crushing process, no environmental pollution, low noise, rounded design, quick installation connection, easy disassembly and installation, and easy cleaning.
