Characteristics
1.When the heating temperature is constant, increasing the vacuum degree speeds up the drying process.
2.When the vacuum degree is constant, increasing the heating temperature accelerates the drying rate.
3.Increasing the vacuum degree and heating temperature at the same time will substantially speed the drying pace. When a condenser is used, the evaporation solvent in the material can be recovered.
The Operating Principle
Fluidized Bed Dryers use a vacuum system to continuously heat the material to be dried at the same time, so that the water inside the material diffuses to the surface through the pressure difference or concentration difference, and the water molecules (or other non-condensing gases) obtain enough kinetic energy on the material's surface, diffuse to the low-pressure space of the vacuum chamber after overcoming the mutual attraction between molecules, and are pumped away by the vacuum chamber.
