Coarse Crusher
Introduction
Due to the different original shapes of materials, many materials cannot complete the entire crushing process at one time in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries, and often have to go through coarse crushing, fine crushing, and screening processes. Based on this situation, the characteristics of various raw materials and existing crushing equipment were comprehensively analyzed, and a coarse crusher series was carefully designed.Crushing is the process of using mechanical force to destroy the cohesion of solid materials to break them and reduce the geometric size of solid materials. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, small and reasonable size, easy operation, low noise, low energy consumption, good crushing effect, and uniform particles. It is an ideal equipment for coarse crushing processing.
Principal Use
Construction, food, metallurgy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals all benefit from the Coarse crusher bag dust removal system. Crushing plastics, copper wire, and other difficult-to-crush materials can also be utilized to complement the pre-micro crushing technique.
Principle of Operation
The material is fed into the crushing chamber via the feeding hopper, where it is impacted by the blade and blade seat. Both the horizontal spinning and fixed knives are sheared and crushed at the same time. The material flows naturally to the outflow due to the rotating centrifugal force.
Structures
The Coarse Crusher is made up of four parts: the frame, the engine, the feed hopper, and the crushing mechanism. The feed hopper directs the material into the crushing chamber, where it is crushed by the intense shearing of the movable and fixed knives revolving at medium speed. The size of the resultant particles can be adjusted by altering the spacing between the movable and fixed knives. The particles that fulfill the requirements are discharged through the discharge port under the control of the screen, while the materials that do not meet the requirements are sheared and crushed in the crushing chamber until they do.
