Conveyor Feeder
Working Principle
The vacuum generator creates negative pressure when compressed air flows through the conveyor feeder, creating a vacuum airflow. The material is drawn into the suction nozzle and transported through the suction pipe to the feeder room. The substance and air are entirely separated by the filter. The controller will automatically shut off the air source and the vacuum generator when the chamber is full of materials. The stuff then mechanically falls into the equipment hopper as the warehouse door opens. Through a pulse backwash valve, pressurized air automatically cleans the filter at the same time. The feeder will automatically restart and reload the material when the allotted time has passed or the material level sensor provides a signal.
Characteristics
The high vacuum created when compressed air passes through the vacuum generator is used by the Conveyor Feeder to transport goods. It is not necessary to have a mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of a straightforward design, a compact size, lack of maintenance, low noise, simple control and elimination of static materials, compliance with GMP requirements, etc. In order to prevent stratification of the delivered materials and guarantee the homogeneity of the mixed components, vacuum generators provide high vacuum levels. The best option for automatically loading materials into machinery like a tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry type granulator, packing machine, grinder, vibrating sifter, etc. is a vacuum powder feeder conveyor.
Application
Conveyor Feeders can be widely used in granulation, plastic, plastic, food, and chemical production processes of powder feeding. Screw conveyor feeding hoppers can be widely used in granulation, plastic, plastic, food, and chemical production process of powder feeding. Suitable for use when raising materials to a certain height, such as when used in conjunction with injection molding machines, mixing machines, quantitative packaging machines, quantitative packaging scales, etc.
