Mixer Granulator
Introduction
The pot serves as the material container, the fuselage supports the mixer granulator, and the stirring rotation and cutting knife drive are used to generate power. It is a piece of equipment that removes particles from the discharge port and modifies the rotation speed of the stirring and cutting flying knives to produce particles of various sizes. The material is stirred with a stirring paddle to make the material tumble and mix evenly in a short amount of time.
Features
The Mixer Granulator adopts a horizontal cylinder structure and has a reasonable structure. Inflatable sealed drive shaft that can be switched to water for cleaning. Fluidized granulation results in approximately spherical granules with good fluidity. Compared with the traditional process, the adhesive is reduced by 25% and the drying time is shortened. Each batch takes 2 minutes to dry mix and 1-4 minutes to granulate. The efficiency is 4-5 times higher than the traditional process. Completed in the same closed container, dry mixing-wet mixing-granulation, the process is reduced, and it complies with GMP specifications. The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.
