Introduction
Push the hopper of the mixer into the swing arm and lock the nut, start the control system, and lift the hopper to the mixing height.The control system automatically mixes according to the set time, speed and other data.When the mixing operation is over, the fixed material is in the horizontal position, the hopper is automatically lowered to the ground, the whole machine stops running, and the process data is printed.Loosen the nut of the swing arm and push the hopper to the next process.Since the symmetrical axis of the hopper forms an included angle with the rotation axis of the rotary arm, the materials of different components are mixed in three-dimensional space in the closed hopper, resulting in strong overturning and high shear, and achieving good mixing effect.
Characteristic
This machine is a high-tech product of electromechanical and hydraulic integration, which adopts hydraulic lifting, hydraulic drive and PLC control.It has the advantages of simple control and convenient adjustment of process parameters.
After each batch of drugs is mixed, the empty hopper will be sent to a special cleaning room for cleaning to maintain a clean environment in the workshop.
The single machine can be equipped with a variety of hoppers. The mixed materials are not required to be discharged from the hopper, but are taken off from the rotary arm together with the hopper and directly transferred to the next process, which greatly improves the efficiency of the mixer, avoids the cross infection of materials, and fully complies with GMP requirements.
The mixing hopper can be used as the batching bucket of the previous process and the charging bucket of the next process.
The mixing uniformity of this machine is above 99%, and the volumetric loading coefficient can reach 0.8.The inside and outside of the bucket are smooth and clean without dead corners.
