Rotary granulator is further improved based on the rotary granulator.It has the characteristics of fast material preparation, uniform particles, low energy consumption and high efficiency. Its efficiency is 2-3 times that of YK160 swing granulator.The biggest feature of this machine is that it is suitable for granulation of semi-dry powder and particles made of materials with a little viscosity, such as traditional Chinese medicine granules, food, solid drinks, chicken essence, and other materials with viscosity.It can also be used for crushing unqualified tablets after tablet pressing, then re-granulating and re-pressing.

Rotary granulator is simple to operate, easy to clean, easy to move, and highly automated. Rotary granulator meets GMP requirements and is the preferred equipment for pharmaceutical and food enterprises.

The working principle of the rotary granulator is to mix the raw materials and adhesives, and spray the mixture evenly on the rotating disc through the spray device. While the rotating disc is rotating at high speed, the mixture is thrown outward to form a granular product. In the process of rotation, the mixture is constantly sprayed by the spray device, so that uniform particles are formed.
