Overview
The Rotary Sifter is appropriate for material selection in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industrial production industries, and it can achieve excellent results while screening materials with high viscosity, fiber, and mesh.
Application
The Rotary Sifter is a particle grading screen for screening solid materials that is ideal for online powder operation and can also work on a single machine. Material screening is appropriate for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industrial production areas. Sifting materials with a high viscosity, fiber content, and mesh number can yield satisfactory results.
Capabilities and Structure
The Rotary Sifter is made up of a frame, a shell, a material inlet and outlet propulsion device, a motor, and so on. The screened material is constantly turned in the barrel by the bracket plate, forming the material in the barrel body constantly updated and promoted, the fine material and fall in the screen, while the coarse material continues to move forward in the coarse material mouth. It has the advantages of consistent technical performance, smooth operation, minimal noise, and ease of use.
Advantages
Easy maintenance and other qualities make the ideal equipment suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industrial production in the material screening.
Principle of Operation
When the Rotary Sifter is in operation, material enters the revolving screw from the feed port at the upper end of the shell and is directed into the sieve barrel. The material enters the sieve barrel and is propelled by the spinning bracket plate, causing the material to rush to the screen, where the material less than the screen hole falls into the shell through the sieve barrel, and the completed product is ejected according to the fineness. The splatter plate has a specific rotating angle that allows the unscreened coarse material to be discharged from the discharge port, increasing operating efficiency.
