Working Principle
Roasting Machine needs to complete the transfer of heat and quality (wet content) at the same time during the drying process to ensure that the partial pressure (concentration) of the wet steam on the surface of the material is higher than the partial pressure of the wet steam in the external space, and the temperature of the heat source is higher than the temperature of the material. Heat from the high temperature heat source is transferred to the wet material in various ways, so that the wet part of the surface of the material vaporizes and escapes to the external space, resulting in a difference in the wet content of the surface and the interior of the material. The internal wet part diffuses to the surface and vaporizes, reducing the wet content of the substance and gradually completing the overall drying of the material.
Composition
Cyclone separators, blowers, air filters, and heaters are the major components of the Roasting Machine. A cyclone separator separates the hot air from the powder before returning it to the blower. It can be heated and fed into the dryer after filtration. The temperature of the air is controlled during the circulation process, and a portion of the circulating air is continually evacuated to replenish the fresh air after dehumidification and filtering. In the ten dryers, the slices are in a piston-shaped ball comb, which ensures that the slices have a regular residence time during the drying process and that the drying quality is good. Furthermore, the dry slices can be continually fed into the screw extruder hopper for spinning, preventing moisture re-evaporation. Furthermore, the dryer's structure is rather simple.
