Vibrating Sifter
Introduction

The Operating Principle
A screen box, a vibration source, and a shock absorber comprise the Vibrating Sifter. The vibration frame and screen box are linked by 4-12 groups of soft rubber shock absorbers that are fixed up and down, generating centrifugal force, and the floating amplitude is controlled by the shaker, so that the material has a downward throwing and downward stratified filtration process, achieving the best classification screening effect.
Advantages
The screen box, vibrator, suspension (or support) system, and motor are the key components of a vibrating sifter. The motor causes the vibrator's primary shaft to rotate through the V-belt. The screen box vibrates due to the centrifugal inertial force of the unbalanced weight on the vibrator. Different amplitudes can be achieved by varying the eccentric weight of the exciter.
