Introduction
Main Application:
The rotary cone vacuum dryer is appropriate for the vacuum drying of powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries. It is particularly suitable for the drying of the following materials: those with high heat sensitivity, easy oxidation, crystals that must not be damaged, those with recycled solvents, and those with high stimulation and toxicity.
Characteristics:
The material's heating surface is continuously updated, the drying process is sped up, and the product is evenly dried when the container rotates. To avoid contaminating the materials, the rotary cone vacuum dryer uses indirect heating.It is simple to use and clean, and there are no dead corners.To improve the sealing effect and make maintenance more straightforward, the optimal sealing method is used.
Working principle
The water inside the material diffuses to the surface through the pressure difference or concentration difference in the rotary cone vacuum dryer. The water molecules (or other non-condensing gases) then obtain enough kinetic energy on the material's surface, diffuse to the low-pressure space of the vacuum chamber after overcoming the mutual attraction between molecules, and are then pumped into the vacuum chamber.
