Main Application:
The swing granulator is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries, it is a popular granulating machine used for forming granule sizes from moist powder material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in the required size.
Working Principle
Swing Granulator uses mechanical transmission to make the drum swing 360° to and fro, extruding materials from the screen into particles or crushing to make particles.
This is the Swing Granulator.We can see that this granulator has two pressure rollers,This enables it to have higher efficiency and greater output.
Inside the feeding table, there are two pressure rollers that can rotate 360 °, each made of 7 granulation knives.They rotate back and forth in opposite directions to each other which means when the right roller rotates clockwise, the left roller rotates counterclockwise.When it rotates to 360 °, it will start to move in the opposite direction.The screen is wrapped around the support tube, and by rotating the support tube, the tightness and relaxation of the screen can be adjusted, and the gap between the screen and the granulation knife can also be adjusted according to your fineness requirements and material characteristics. When everything is debugged, lock the screen with a locking device, turn on the power, and insert the material. The material is cut, rubbed, and squeezed between the granulation knife and the screen until it meets the granulation requirements.And then the granules falls into the bucket.This machine is suitable for both dry and wet material.
