Main Application:
Saffron dryer is widely used for drying materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
Characteristics:
1.When the heating temperature is constant, the drying rate can be accelerated by increasing the vacuum degree.
2.When the vacuum degree is constant, the drying rate can be accelerated by increasing the heating temperature.
3.The drying rate can be greatly accelerated by increasing the vacuum degree and heating temperature at the same time. If a condenser is used, the evaporation solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser.
Working principle
Saffron dryer uses a vacuum system to continuously heat the material to be dried at the same time, so that the water inside the material diffuses to the surface through the pressure difference or concentration difference, and the water molecules (or other non-condensing gases) obtain enough kinetic energy on the surface of the material, diffuses to the low-pressure space of the vacuum chamber after overcoming the mutual attraction between molecules, and is pumped away by the vacuum pump to complete the separation from the solid.
