Main Application:

1.FBD Granulation can be used for granulation in pharmaceutical industry: tablet granules, granule granules, capsule granules.

2.FBD Granulation can be used for granulation in the food industry: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, granular juice, condiments, etc.

3.Drying of powdery or granular wet materials in other industries such as pesticide, feed, fertilizer, pigment, dye and chemical industry.

 

 

The powder particles of the material are in annular fluidized state in the raw material container (Fluid bed).After the material is preheated and mixed with the purified and heated air, atomized adhesive solution is sprayed to make several particles gather into agglomerates containing adhesive.Due to the continuous drying of materials by hot air, the moisture in the dough is constantly evaporated and the adhesive is solidified.This process is repeated to form ideal and uniform particles.
