Working Principle:

The powder materials and adhesives in the cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom and become moist and soft materials. Extrusion granulator is cut into uniform particles through a high-speed pulverizer.

1. Extrusion granulator adopts vertical cylinder structure. Its structure is reasonable.

2. Use pneumatic seal shaft to drive.

3. The particle is treated by fluidization, the particle is close to the ball, and its flow rate is very good.

4. Compared with the traditional technology, the amount of adhesive can be reduced by 25% and the sizing time can be shortened.

5. The dry mixing time is 2 min and the granulation time is 1 ~ 4 min. Compared with the traditional technology, the efficiency is increased by 4 ~ 5 times.

6. In the same sealed container, dry mixing, wet mixing, granulation and other processes can be completed. It conforms to the requirements of GMP.

8.The mixing and cutting of materials are controlled by dual-speed motor and variable frequency speed regulation to make the granulation more uniform.
