2. For dual speed simple control, the control is equipped with start, emergency stop, stop switches and fault display, as well as current display and second speed motor speed display. When the discharge valve or drainage port is closed, the motor of the mixing slurry and chopper can only operate, and vice versa. In addition, the cleaning process can only be entered when the discharge valve is closed.
3. Electrical control should have self-protection function to prevent possible damage to the dry granulator due to misoperation, including main motor fault protection and emergency stop protection. For configuration, it should be controlled by a PL+touch type color LCD panel. The interface design is divided into manual trial operation interface and normal operation interface, with a good human-machine dialogue interface.
