(1) Preparation before startup
1. Check the integrity and fastening of the parts, especially high-speed running components such as hammers, and ensure that they are firmly fixed.
2. Check if the shredder is securely mounted on the machine base.
3. Check the lubrication condition of the bearings.
4. Open the door cover of the crushing chamber and check for any debris in the crushing chamber.
5. Check the tightness of the deflector and remove any debris adsorbed by the magnet.
(2) Power on
1. After the above inspection is completed, start the motor to run with no load. If the technical conditions of each part are normal, wait for the speed to be normal before running with load.
2. During operation, there should be no magnetic jamming or friction noise.
3. The sieve should be firmly installed, sealed, and free from material leakage, and the sieve frame should be securely fastened.
4. If abnormal noises, blocked discharge, or overheating of bearings or motors are found during the working process, feeding should be stopped, stopped for inspection, and faults should be eliminated.
5. After the work is completed, all parts of the machine should be cleaned of residual materials. If the machine is not in use for a long time, it must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
