1、 Usage Overview

3、 Structural Principles
Inside the machine, a crushing rotor composed of 4 sets of cutterheads and 56 blades is supported on the bearing seats of the left and right end covers for high-speed rotation, causing solid material particles to be squeezed, torn, collided, and sheared between the toothed lining plate and the blades in the inner cavity, thus achieving the purpose of crushing; At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the large and small impeller at both ends of the rotor creates a cavity shaped vortex effect between the inlet and outlet, allowing the crushed particles to smoothly enter (with a large gap) and refine (with a small gap), achieving crushing and refinement. To prevent excessive temperature in the cavity, improve crushing efficiency, and prevent particles from sticking to the cavity, sticking to the knife, blocking teeth, and clumping, four sets of wide cavity water jackets on the surface of the cavity are forced to cool with water, so as to control the temperature in the cavity to a lower limit.
