Control system: The basic unit application adopts simple button control for lifting operations. For more complex requirements, PLC control uses a user-friendly human-machine interface. For high-lift applications or when low speed is required for IBC docking operations, an inverter can be added to provide a variable-speed drive. This allows for a rapid lift operation and enables the carriage to stop at a slowly controlled speed.
GMP design: The electric motor lifting drive eliminates the leakage risk of the hydraulic lift. The unique stainless steel dust-tight front cover completely surrounds the lifting column to ensure the leakage and expansion of dust. The whole machine has no dead corners, no uneven surfaces, and no exposed screws, making it easy to clean. The surfaces of the parts in contact with the drug are all precisely polished, with a roughness of Ra≤0.2μm. The outer surface is matte and brushed, with a roughness of Ra≤0.6μm. It is easy to clean and fully complies with the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
Safety: It is equipped with a three-stage deceleration stop, automatic alignment and a sensitive and reliable braking system to ensure safe parking. The sensor control system is also equipped with work indication, safety indication, self-check stop, sound and light alarm, and multiple emergency stop buttons to ensure production safety. Set up a safe area with infrared safety devices to ensure the safety of production and staff.
