The machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reasonable, advanced granulation method, high efficiency and energy saving. The machine has three functions of granulation, crushing and cloth, which can achieve the purpose of one-level multi-purpose. It is suitable for manufacturing various sizes of particles in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. Easy to operate, long service life, in line with GMP requirements.
2. Daily maintenance: Check before use
1. Visual inspection of DM1 equipment
a) Check whether the outside of the machine is damaged or deformed before starting, and check whether all ground wires are correctly connected;
b) Check the air filter for foreign objects, if any, remove them in time;
2, DM2 device connection check
a) Check whether the connections of each part are loose;
3, DM3 check the emergency brake button operation
a) Before operation, check whether all emergency brake buttons are operated correctly;
b) After making sure that the equipment is ready for operation, press each emergency brake button successively, and then try to start the machine, and reset the emergency brake button after each test;
c) After starting the machine, press the emergency brake button successively to ensure that the equipment can brake correctly, and reset each emergency brake button after testing.
4, DM5 operation check
Start the machine and perform the following running checks:
a) Check all equipment and controls for anomalies or vibrations;
b) Verify that the fan starting current is not loaded.
3. Temporary maintenance
Detailed inspection: The following maintenance should be performed every 120 hours of operation, unless otherwise specified.
1, OM1 screen, fasteners, motor, reducer and other inspection
2, OM2 air net check check the air net without deformation
3, OM3 feeder grease, lubricating oil inspection
Check the level line of the reducer oil, such as too low and insufficient, to supplement;
Maintenance performed per month or after 400 hours of operation
In addition to temporary maintenance, each month or every 400 hours of operation (the latter is usually less than the former), perform the following tasks:

1, MM1 safety chain cleaning and inspection
Clean the sensor and mechanical parts, and check whether the operation is correct after completion;
2, MM2 motor bearing inspection
Check all motor bearings for abnormal noise, vibration or overheating. Replace faulty bearings if necessary.
3. Check MM3 fasteners and connections
Check tightness of all fasteners and circuit connections. If fasteners are found to be loose, they should be newly tightened; Inspect and replace all cables that are damaged, deteriorated, or overheated.
Annual maintenance or maintenance that should be performed after 5000 hours of operation
1A1 bags should be changed after each year or 5000 hours of operation (or usually less than the former).

Maintenance performed every 2 years or maintenance performed for 10,000 hours of operation
In addition to annual maintenance, the following maintenance tasks should be performed every 2 years or after 10,000 hours of operation (usually the latter time is less);
1, 2A1 Replace the reducer grease
a) After every 2 years or 1000 hours of operation (the latter is usually faster), empty the gearbox and dispose of the contents in accordance with local regulations;
b) Thoroughly clean the inside of the gearbox, clean the gear unit and check for damage or wear, and replace the severely worn and damaged parts;
c) Inject the recommended lubricant into the gearbox to the required level after the new assembly is completed.
Industrial grade gear oil is recommended as lubricant, and its performance parameters are as follows:
ISO viscosity grade: 150;
Operating viscosity (40℃) : 142;
Operating viscosity (100℃) : 14.3;
Pour point ℃ : ≤-9.2;
Flash point ℃ : ≥204;
Viscosity index: ≥96
2, 2A2 Replace hoses and seals
In order to avoid faults in use, the aging hose and seal ring should be removed and replaced, and the replaced hose and seal ring should be the same as the removed specifications.
Seven, long-term parking maintenance and maintenance
1, long-term support: should cut off the power, air source;
2, the equipment is packed with wooden boxes or other packaging, and the reducer should be filled with lubricants that meet the requirements before the equipment is packed;
3, the equipment should be stored in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive media, no vibration environment;
4, in the case of regular inspection of packaging and humidity, can be stored for up to 3 years;
5. After long-term storage, the equipment should be carried out again before re-installation or startup
