1.During the production process of the crusher, it is necessary to regularly check the temperature rise of the bearings. When the temperature rise of the universal crusher exceeds 50 ℃, it should be stopped for inspection to identify the cause and eliminate the fault.
2. When the new machine is running, the transmission belt is prone to elongation, and attention should be paid to adjusting the appropriate tightness of the belt to ensure its working life.
3. Vulnerable parts should be regularly inspected and replaced in a timely manner to ensure production quality and quantity.
4. The blades and lining rings should be regularly inspected for wear. If wear occurs, the productivity decreases and the particle size becomes coarse. If wear is found, it should be replaced immediately.
5. The main machine and graded flow bearings of the crusher are lubricated with grease, using No. 2 special grease with a degree of 265-295.
6. The grease change period for bearings is 2000 hours, and the filling amount of lubricating grease is 1/2 (upper measurement) or 3/4 (lower measurement) of the bearing cavity space. Do not fill too much lubricating grease, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature to be too high.
