1. Preparation before crushing;
a) Determine the variety, crushing amount, and particle size of crushed materials;
b) Arrange the order of crushing materials;
2. Pre startup inspection;
a) Check whether the screen size is correct, whether the screen is intact, and whether the installation is secure;
b) Check whether the rotor operates flexibly and there should be no jamming, friction or other phenomena;
c) Whether the guide plate is in place and aligned with the rotor rotation;
d) Whether the door of the ultrafine crusher is well sealed;
3. Operational control of the production process
a) Turn on the peripheral device (air switch) before the main device (micro crusher)
b) After starting the ultrafine crusher, idle for 2 minutes, and there are no abnormalities, feeding can be carried out;
c) Based on the crushing situation of different materials, consider the load of the ultrafine crusher, adjust the feeding amount appropriately according to the situation to avoid machine blockage;
d) Maintain uniform feeding and do not change from large to small;
e) Check the broken materials at any time, and if there are any abnormalities, immediately stop the machine to check whether the sieve (mesh) is broken;
f) Do not open the protective cover or operating door during crushing to avoid accidents;
g) If abnormal sounds or severe vibrations are found during work, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection and troubleshooting;
h) If the material of the previous variety changes, bixu crushes the material of the previous variety after it is crushed and the ultrafine grinder is cleaned by chedi; If the time is too long, it should be stopped before starting;
4. Shutdown program
a) The shutdown sequence is opposite to the start sequence;
b) After stopping the machine, check the ultrafine crusher and promptly solve any problems found;
c) After shutdown, Chedi cleans the ultra micro crusher and keeps the crushing workshop clean;
d) Organize tools and materials and store them in designated locations;
f) Carefully fill in the crushing work record.
