Advantages of screw belt mixer:
1. Protect the motor and equipment from overload. When the load is too large and the rotor is blocked, the working fluid sprays out from the fusible plug, causing the machine and load to detach, preventing damage to the motor and equipment during startup and overload. The speed difference caused by impact during operation will be alleviated through a coupling device.
2. Smoothly start the load equipment, effectively isolating the impact and torsional vibration on the equipment during the start-up and operation of the screw belt mixer.
Disadvantages of screw belt mixer:
1.Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic coupling is not loaded together with the frequency converter and cannot effectively adjust the equipment speed.
2.Due to the fact that loading hydraulic couplings can easily generate multiple transfers of kinetic energy, resulting in power consumption, it cannot improve the starting performance of the equipment.
3.Unable to jog the device during use.
4.When overloaded, the splashing of working fluid can also pose a danger to the personal safety of operators.
