Before starting the screw belt mixer, first rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer pieces, and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision inside the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and screw belt mixer is good.

4. Do not replace the belt pulley casually to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to high rotational speed, or the working efficiency of the screw belt mixer from being affected by low rotational speed.
5. After starting the screw belt mixer, it should first run for 2-3 minutes without any abnormalities before feeding and working.
6. Pay attention to the operation of the screw belt mixer at all times during work, and ensure even feeding to prevent blockage and blockage of the vehicle. Do not work under overload for a long time. If any vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearings and body, or external spraying are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshoot before continuing to work.
