The Packaging Process Of The GHL-200 Wet Granulator

Before packaging, the workers of Fangyuan Machinery will ensure that the GHL-200 wet granulator has been thoroughly cleaned and a final inspection is carried out to confirm that there are no faults or residues in the machine. We have prepared the packaging materials such as wooden crates, wood, foam pads, tape, stretch film and steel straps. The wooden box should be strong enough to prevent the machine from being damaged during transportation. We will confirm the size of the wooden box based on the volume and weight of the GHL-200 wet granulator to ensure that the machine can be safely placed in the box. If there are any components on the machine that need to be disassembled (such as the electrical control box, operation panel, transmission device, etc.), remove them first and pack them separately. This can prevent these components from being collided with or damaged during transportation. We will mark or take photos of the disassembled parts to ensure there are no mistakes during reinstallation.

Use a cleaning cloth or air gun to thoroughly clean the exterior of the equipment, especially the electrical and moving parts, to prevent dust and impurities from entering the machine.

Protective measures: Wrap the vulnerable parts of the equipment (such as motors, control panels, transmission components, etc.) with materials like foam pads, bubble wrap, and rubber pads to reduce the impact of external vibrations or shocks.

First, lay shock-absorbing materials (such as foam pads, wooden strips or plastic pads) inside the wooden box to ensure that the machine can be stably placed in the box after being put in, avoiding shaking. When placing the GHL-200 wet granulator steadily into the wooden box, ensure that each component of the machine is properly supported to avoid collisions during long-distance transportation. Then, use wooden strips, support frames or fixing strips to firmly fix the equipment in the wooden box to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged due to vibration or movement during transportation.

After the equipment is placed and fixed, use nails to seal the wooden box to ensure its airtightness. The four corners and joints of the wooden box should be particularly reinforced to ensure stability during transportation.

We will affix a transportation label on the outside of the wooden box, indicating the model, weight, operation precautions and the locations of vulnerable parts (such as the electrical control box, transmission device, etc.) of the equipment. Precautions such as "Handle with care" and "Moisture-proof" can also be marked to help the transportation personnel understand the packaging requirements.

When reinforcing wooden crates, steel straps or stretch film are used to reinforce the edges of the crates to increase their strength and prevent damage during transportation. Especially the corners of the wooden box need to be reinforced to prevent the box from deforming under force. If the equipment may encounter a damp environment during transportation, moisture-proof bags or desiccants can be placed inside the wooden box to prevent moisture from affecting it.
