Precautions for opening and inspecting the crusher after transportation.
1. After unpacking, it is necessary to check whether the equipment is damaged during transportation. Then, the main unit, auxiliary equipment, and electrical box should be installed in place, and the pipeline between the main unit and auxiliary equipment should be connected to ensure its sealing. At the same time, each single unit, pipeline, and flange should be adjacent to each other with wires and can be grounded to prevent dust explosion caused by static electricity and thermal power.
2. Before the trial operation of each single machine, it is necessary to check if there are any metal objects inside the machine. If there are any, they should be removed, and the bolts should be checked for tightness, the belt should be properly tensioned, and the protective cover should be secure. Afterwards, the trial operation of each single machine should be carried out, and whether it is normal should be checked and searched.
3. Start each electromechanical device in the following order: close the air door in parallel → propose the crushing machine → dust collector fan → grading device → close the air discharge device → lift the door → screw feeder, ultra-fine crusher.
4. After running the empty car for five minutes, the staff should carefully inspect the instruments on the control cabinet and wait for the no-load current to pursue the front guard before feeding. After the feeding is running normally, the current should not exceed 22A, otherwise the feeding amount should be reduced. If the current rises quickly, the material gate can be blocked and the feeding variable speed motor speed can be adjusted slowly. After the current drops, the gate can be slowly opened to the appropriate opening, and the filter bag should be kept from suffocation, If the current does not return to below 22A after closing the feeding valve, the electromagnetic valve filter bag should be shut down to remove dust. After tapping, the electromagnetic valve should be stopped and restarted according to the above 3 steps.
What should be noted before testing the crusher.
1. Check the quality of the raw materials required for the testing machine: whether the particle size is uniform, the size of the moisture content of the material, and whether there are impurities.
2. Check whether the universal crusher is suitable for the crushing process requirements of the trial machine materials, whether the quality of the installed casing and lining plate is reliable, and whether uniformity should be achieved when feeding into the machine.
3. Start the lubricating oil pump, observe whether the oscillation of each ammeter is normal, whether the screw runs smoothly, and proceed with feeding after everything is ready.
4. When entering the initial formal feeding process, it is necessary to ensure that there is a small and uniform amount of material, observe the changes and operation of each ammeter, remove impurities from the surface of mineral raw materials, and gradually increase the amount of material when everything reaches normal. Attention should be paid to maintaining a certain gap, adjusting the operating speed of each work, and recording the discharge amount and particle size under various conditions. When a higher yield of material can be obtained, Normal crushing operations can then be carried out, and generally, we cannot operate for less than 2 hours during feeding and testing.
