Specifically, during the production process of the product, sometimes there may be situations where the temperature gauge cannot control the temperature or there is no display. The reasons for this failure may be: damage to the solid-state relay, damage to the thermocouple, damage to the heating element, damage to the temperature control gauge due to high or unstable voltage, or loose connection terminals. The troubleshooting methods include replacing the solid-state relay, replacing the thermocouple, replacing the heating element, replacing the temperature control meter, or re tightening the terminals.
Sometimes there may be electric eye displacement, which may be due to the tensioning roller being too dirty, the electric eye not responding, or the packaging bag length being set incorrectly. The main elimination method is to clean the dirt and black spots on the tensioning roller. Check if there are any issues with the color code, adjust the distance between the electric eye and the packaging film or the sensitivity knob on the electric eye. When the color code is aligned with the electric eye, the light will turn off, and when removed, it will light up. Also, reset the bag length. During the packaging process, sometimes there may be bursting or inadequate sealing, which is mainly caused by unclean knife holders, poor paper quality, insufficient or too high temperature. The solution is to use a steel wire brush dipped in silicone oil to remove debris from the knife holder, replace the packaging film, or adjust the temperature to the appropriate level.
Sometimes, there may also be the phenomenon of paper rotting or weak horizontal sealing, which is mainly due to: the knife holder is not clean, the front and rear knife holders are misaligned, the temperature is not enough or too high, and it may also be caused by poor paper quality. To solve these troubles, you can use a steel wire brush dipped in silicone oil to remove dirt from the knife holder, readjust the position of the knife holder to adjust the temperature appropriately. If the paper is not good enough, the most direct method is to replace the packaging film.
