In the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries, many materials after wet granulation, filtration, or granulation need to solve a problem: how to steadily reduce the moisture content while not affecting the quality of the materials themselves.

How does the fluidized bed dryer work?
After wet particles enter the drying chamber, filtered and heated air enters from the bottom of the equipment. As the air volume gradually increases, the particles are lifted by the airflow and enter a fluidized state.
At this time, the particles that were originally piled up are constantly turning over, and the hot air can come into contact with more of the material surface. The moisture in the particles is heated and evaporates, and the wet hot air is discharged from the equipment.
In simple terms, it is to make the materials "move", allowing the hot air to more fully contact the particles.
