How To Operate The Crusher Safely

1. After starting, it is only allowed to feed crops evenly and continuously when the machine reaches normal operation.
2. Pay attention to the speed, sound and bearing temperature of the motor and Threshing machine during operation.
3. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, the clothes and sleeves should be tightly tied, and a mask and work cap should be worn.
4. When feeding, pay attention to whether there are hard objects such as stones, sickles, tool screws, etc. in the grain to avoid damaging the machine and causing personal accidents.
5. The machine is not allowed to hang belts, inject oil, clean and troubleshoot during operation.
6. If the following problems are found, the engine should be shut down and the machine should be stopped for treatment. ① The motor is smoking, ② it is blocked, ③ the crushing quality is poor, ④ the bearing is overheated, exceeding 60 degrees.
