1. Colloidal grinding is a high-precision machinery with a linear speed of up to 20m/second, and minimal clearance between grinding discs. After maintenance, it is necessary to use a dial gauge to correct the coaxiality error between the housing and the spindle, which should be ≤ 0.05mm.
2. When repairing a machine, it is not allowed to directly strike it with an iron hammer during the disassembly, reassembly, and adjustment process. Gently tap with a wooden hammer or block to avoid damaging the components.
3. This confidential seal is divided into static and dynamic seals. The static seal adopts an O-ring rubber ring, and the dynamic seal adopts a hard mechanical combination seal. If scratches are found on the hard sealing surface, it should be immediately ground and repaired on flat glass or flat castings. The best grinding material is ≥ 200 # silicon carbide grinding paste. If the seal is damaged or severely cracked, please replace it immediately.
