4. Start the crusher to reach normal speed and start feeding only when there are no abnormal conditions.
If the crusher is stopped for a long time or started for the first time, the large pulley should be manually rotated 2-3 times in advance to confirm that the machine runs smoothly, and then the motor should be "jog" several times. Only after the motor rotates in the correct direction can the crusher be officially started.
6. Regularly sample and inspect whether the particle size of the crusher product meets the requirements. If necessary, the spacing between the crushing rollers can be readjusted.
7. During normal shutdown, it is necessary to stop feeding in advance, and only after all materials are discharged from the crusher can the machine be shut down.
8. The main and auxiliary transmission gearboxes of the crusher are lubricated with gear oil, and the lubricating oil inside the boxes should be replaced in a timely manner during summer and winter.
When changing the strength, particle size, or crushing ratio of the crusher material, the nitrogen pressure of the buffer cylinder should be readjusted. The magnitude of pressure is moderate to meet the needs of the crushing roller compression force. Excessive clamping force will accelerate the wear of components and increase power consumption. A too small clamping force will increase the number of ultrafine particles in the crushing product and cause frequent vibration and jumping of the active crushing roller. The usage range of nitrogen pressure in the buffer cylinder is 1.5-4MPa.
10. After the maintenance of the crusher, when reassembling the upper section crushing roller and clamp coupling, the tightening torque of the round nut and coupling bolt should be strictly controlled. When tightening the bolts of the clamp coupling, attention should also be paid to their sequence. The diagonal bolts should be tightened first, and then the middle bolts should be tightened. At the same time, attention should be paid to the even and consistent gaps on both sides of the split surface of the coupling.
11. When opening the cover of the main and auxiliary transmission gearboxes for maintenance and repair, the rubber sealing strip must be replaced and a layer of sealant evenly applied to the stationary sealing surface before reinstallation to prevent oil leakage and leakage from the sealing surface.
12. The bearings of the translational connecting rod device of the upper and lower crushing rollers of the crusher are lubricated with grease, and the design requires the use of No. 2 or No. 3 calcium based grease. During normal production, the oil cup cover should be tightened once a week to inject grease.
