With a processing capacity of up to 500 kg/h, the machine is ideal for medium- to large-scale plastic recycling and production applications. Working Principle:

 

The Industrial ABS Plastic Granulator operates through a high-speed mechanical cutting process. ABS plastic and other rigid plastic materials are fed into the crushing chamber through the feed hopper. Inside the chamber, the material is continuously cut and sheared between the rotating straight blades mounted on the rotor and the fixed blades installed on the machine frame.

As the rotor rotates at high speed, the straight knife blades generate strong cutting and shearing force, gradually reducing large plastic pieces into smaller particles. The crushed material remains inside the chamber until it reaches the required size and passes through the screen located at the bottom of the cutting chamber.

The final particle size is mainly determined by the screen opening. Larger particles continue to be cut until they are small enough to pass through the screen, ensuring a relatively uniform output size.

After passing through the screen, the finished plastic granules are discharged from the machine and can be collected or transferred to the next recycling process, such as washing, drying, extrusion, or pelletizing.
