1. Connect the feed hopper, feed pipe, and discharge port, then connect the discharge circulation pipe, and then connect the cooling water (JM-L50a, b without cold water pipe system) and drain pipe.
2. After installing the power starting device (users with conditions can be equipped with ammeters, indicator lights, or frequency converters, etc.) and connecting the power supply, special attention should be paid to the direction of startup operation, to determine whether the motor rotates in the normal direction, or to check whether the direction is consistent with the rotation direction arrow on the "red warning sign" on the colloid mill from the diameter of the feeding pipe. Absolutely prohibit idling (lack of liquid in the cavity) and reversal.
3. At the time of leaving the factory, the discharge port block of the equipment is already equipped with adjusted limit screws, and the clearance between the grinding discs is at the optimal processing fineness spacing. Adjust the clearance of the grinding disc. First, loosen the upper limit screw of the discharge port block. Without turning on the machine, loosen the two handles on the adjusting disc (scale) counterclockwise, and then turn the adjusting disc clockwise. When there is a slight resistance when turning the adjusting disc, stop immediately. At this time, the reading of the pointer on the adjusting disc aligns with the reading on the body, confirming that the clearance between the dynamic and static grinding discs is "0". But the reading number on the dial should be remembered, this number is not 0 degrees and the gap between the grinding discs is "0". Then, reverse (counterclockwise) the adjustment of the disc a few times to make the gap between the dynamic and static grinding discs slightly greater than 0. The scale of the adjustment disk is 0.01mm for each large grid of forward and backward movement. Generally, while meeting the requirements for material fineness in processing, it is advisable to maintain a certain distance between the grinding discs as much as possible. At the same time, lock the adjusting disc with the handle, and then adjust the upper limit screw of the feeding port block to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. After connecting the cooling water, inject about 1-2kg of liquid material or other liquids related to processing materials, and keep the wet material in a reflux state through the circulation pipe. Then the colloid mill can be started and immediately fed into the colloid mill for processing and production after normal operation, and the idle colloid mill can also be exempted from this item.
5. Before shutting down, add or leave an appropriate amount of water or other liquids related to the processing materials in the feed hopper, and keep the wet material in a reflux state through the circulation pipe. When starting up, it is also necessary to maintain a certain amount of wet material in the hopper that can flow back and immediately put in the material, otherwise it will damage the hard combination seal and even cause leakage and burning of the motor.
6. Pay attention to the motor load when processing materials, and reduce feeding if overload is found.
7. During the operation of the colloid mill, it is not allowed to close the discharge valve to avoid leakage caused by excessive pressure inside the grinding chamber.
8. Colloidal grinding is a high-precision machinery with very little clearance between grinding discs and fast rotational speed. Operators should strictly abide by their positions, operate according to regulations, stop the machine in a timely manner when faults are found, and resume production after troubleshooting.
9. After using the colloid mill, it should be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned inside the body to prevent materials from remaining in the body, so as not to damage the machine due to hard mechanical bonding.
