Feeding structure
The feeding mechanism is composed of a feeding motor, synchronous pulley, barrel, screw, etc. The feeding motor drives the screw to push the material between the two pressure wheels through synchronous belt transmission.
pressing structure
The tablet pressing mechanism is composed of two pressing wheels on the left and right, side sealing plates, scrapers, etc. The two pressing wheels rotating in opposite directions squeeze the materials sent by the screw into sheets. The sealing plates on both sides are closely attached to the pressure wheel to prevent the material from leaking from both sides. The scraper is pressed against the pressure wheel to scrape off the powder adhering to the pressure wheel.
Crushing structure
The crushing mechanism is composed of crushing knives, crushing knife shafts, crushing boxes, screens, etc. The crushing motor transmits through the pulley to the crushing knife installed on the shaft of the crushing knife. The crushing knife cuts the pressed sheet belt into small pieces and directly drops them into the whole granulation box.
Whole grain structure
The granulation mechanism is composed of granulation rotating cages, screens, granulation boxes, etc. The chopped blocky materials enter the granulation cylinder and are squeezed against each other by the high-speed rotating granulation cage and the screen. The finished particles are discharged from the screen holes. The gap between the granulation rotating cage and the screen is reasonable, making the granulation more reliable and greatly improving the granulation efficiency. Variable frequency speed regulation greatly increases the range of pharmaceutical granulation.
