Introduction
SZG series vacuum dryer is a new type of drying equipment integrating mixing and drying, which is widely used in medicine, food and chemical industry, especially for the treatment of powder and granular materials. The working principle is to heat the tank in a vacuum state, and use the rotation of the tank to make the material constantly turn, so as to achieve uniform drying.
Working principle
The heat of the SZG series vacuum dryer is transferred to the inner wall of the tank through steam or hot water in the jacket, which in turn heats the wet material. The tank is operated in a vacuum state, and the water vapor evaporated from the wet material during the heating process is discharged through the vacuum pump to ensure that the material is dry in a low oxygen environment. The slow rotation of the tank makes the material turn continuously, ensuring the uniform transfer of heat and speeding up the drying speed .
