Working Principle:
When the material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper, crushed by cutting and impact of both fixed and rotating knives, and flows to the exit automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force.
Its working principle is: the electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow and the moving jaw increases, thereby pushing the moving jaw closer to the fixed jaw. At the same time, the material is crushed or chopped, achieving the goal of coarse crushing; When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw decreases. Under the action of the pull rod and spring, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, and at this time, the coarse crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the coarse crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the coarse crushing jaw undergoes periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production.
