Introduction
Cyclone Discharge Spice Grinder is composed of feeding hopper, machine body, rotor disc, screening plate, stator disc, discharge port, and other parts. The principle of a high-speed crusher is to generate high-speed relative motion between the movable and fixed toothed discs through mechanical transmission. The material is automatically added to the crushing chamber by the hopper through the feeder, and is subjected to comprehensive effects such as shearing and friction between the movable and fixed toothed discs to achieve crushing. The crushed powder is controlled by a sieve to fall into the powder collection bag through the powder outlet. After being crushed, general materials need to be collected through cotton bags. The crushed materials are collected inside the bags, and air comes out of the small holes in the bags to prevent the discharge of fine powder, thus ensuring no waste. The particle size is determined by changing the mesh size of the sieve.
For materials with strong odor or materials with high dust content during the crushing process, it is recommended to install a dust removal system. The dust removal system can collect the dust generated during the crushing process, so the crushing environment is clean and hygienic, which can reduce dust damage to workers and environmental pollution.
