Working Principle:

This machine passes through a screw feeder at the feed port and sends materials into the crushing chamber between the machine body and the guide ring. In the crushing chamber, the materials are impacted by high-speed rotating blades, causing them to swing towards the gear ring fixed on the machine body, causing impact, shear, and alternating crushing of materials, as well as collision, friction, and shear between materials, blades, and gear rings. The crushed material, under the pulling force of negative pressure airflow, overcomes its own weight and follows the airflow over the guide ring to enter the classification chamber. The grading impeller is composed of blades, and the high-speed rotating blades generate centrifugal force opposite to negative pressure. The powder particles sinking into the blade channel are simultaneously subjected to the centripetal force of negative pressure airflow, the self weight of the powder particles, and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller. The particles larger than the critical diameter (grading particle size) in the powder particles are thrown back to the crushing chamber due to their large mass, and the particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone collector through the discharge pipe and are discharged through the discharge valve. The higher the rotation speed of the grading impeller, the finer the graded powder particles. Adjusting the rotation of the grading impeller is a determining factor in controlling the size of the powder particles.
