Working Principle:
Extruded corn crusher machine through the feed port screw feeder, the material is sent to the grinding chamber between the body and the flow guide ring, in the grinding room is affected by the high-speed rotating blade, the material is thrown to the tooth ring fixed on the body, resulting in impact, shear, and the material and blade, tooth ring collision, friction, shear alternately crushed. After crushing the material, under the pull of the negative pressure air flow, the small powder particle overcomes its own weight, passes over the diversion ring with the air flow, and enters the classification chamber. The graded impeller is composed of blades, and the centrifugal force opposite to the negative pressure is generated by the high-speed rotating blade. The powder particles sunk in the blade channel are affected by the centripetal force of the negative pressure air flow, the weight of the powder particles and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller at the same time. The particles larger than the critical diameter (graded particle size) in the powder particles are thrown back to the grinding chamber for further crushing due to their large mass. Particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone collector through the discharge tube and discharge through the discharge valve. The higher the rotation speed of the classifying impeller, the finer the graded powder particles. Adjusting the rotation of the classifying impeller is the decisive factor to control the size of the powder particles.
