Working Principle:
The materials such as spices, chili are mainly crushed by the clash between crushing gears and movable knives.It also uses the vortex flow generated by the blade back to strengthen the impact on the material.If the material is heat-sensitive,we can install a cold air circulating cooling device or a cryogenic device which is used in Bio-pharmaceutical or frozen crushing.This does not destroy the biological properties of the raw material.
Features：
The main technical feature of the machine is to use the dynamic pressure generated by the pulverizer to quickly discharge the product from the machine cavity.The secondary air inlet can be set to reduce the discharge wind resistance, and it can also be connected with the tail air duct of the recovery system and connected with the automatic or pulse box dust collector to avoid flying dust and the loss of materials. Turbine pulverizer is designed according to GMP standard.
