Universal pulverzier is more suitable for crushing hard, brittle materials with a moisture content below 5-8%, less oil, and low heat sensitivity.

When the material enters the crusher chamber under negative pressure, it will immediately bounce open in the high-speed rotating chamber and be impacted, squeezed, and crushed between the movable knife and the fixed knife until it reaches the requested fineness and flow through the screen into the material bucket.

Universal pulverzier can not only be used to crush materials containing some short fibers, but also hard materials such as realgar and dried ginseng. These crushing knives, they are very thick, which makes them very resistant to impact.So this structure is more suitable for crushing hard, brittle materials with a moisture content below 5-8%, less oil, and low thermal sensitivity. Because this structure is different from the air-cooled type, it cannot generate high-speed airflow and therefore cannot eliminate the heat generated in the chamber.We have added a jacket that can pass through different refrigerants to the outer shell of the crusher chamber, providing auxiliary cooling effect.Although called a universal crushing structure, this does not mean that this machine can meet any crushing requirements.If the fineness requirement is not very high, then this machine is your best choice.For example, when this machine crushes short fiber Chinese herbal medicine, if the fineness requirements are too high, the screen will be blocked.However，when your finesee requirement is not very high,this machine can perfectly do its job.
