The fluid bed granulation dryer is often used for high temperature drying and disinfection of raw and auxiliary materials, porous instant particle spray drying and powdery granular mass material coating and other functions. The equipment is composed of the main engine and auxiliary machinery. It is generally composed of six systems and related pipelines, such as hot air supply system, air purification treatment system, slurry treatment system, material inlet and outlet device system, automatic control system, exhaust and dust removal system.
The whole set of equipment adopts PLC automatic control, can realize the mass production of multi-formula products, equipment design and manufacturing process requirements in line with GMP standards, is one of the pharmaceutical and food industry granulation dry coating equipment of choice.
When working, the material enters the hopper through negative pressure feeding or manual feeding. The purified hot air makes the material in the hopper boil and fluidize. At the same time, the slurry treatment system is opened. After repeated action of the particles, the water gradually evaporates under the action of hot air and forms an ideal uniform dry particle.
