Working Principle:

The equipment for manufacturing pellets using an extrusion rounding machine includes an extrusion bar making machine and a centrifugal rounding machine.
1. Extrusion molding machine is a device that shapes soft materials into long cylindrical extrudates (obtained by wet mixing granulator or other process methods). Our company has developed two types of extrusion equipment: screw front extruder and screw side extruder. The efficiency of equipment with the same specifications for front extrusion is lower than that of side extrusion, and the material temperature rise is more severe. Front extrusion has been abandoned at present. The side extrusion efficiency is high, and the temperature rise of the material is about 20-25 ℃ higher than the room temperature, which is particularly suitable for extrusion of enzyme containing products and will not cause mold death due to high temperature.
2. The diameter of the pellets is determined by the extrusion orifice plate, which is easy to control and has a wide range of granulation. A centrifugal rolling machine is an equipment that evenly cuts the strong material extruded by the extruder into cylindrical small particles with the same diameter and rolls them into pellets. The extruded circular strip is cut into a length roughly equal to the diameter of the cylinder on the rolling disc, and then rolled into spherical pellets by high-speed rotation of the rolling disc. The unique toothed disc designed by our company has the function of polishing the balls on its edges. The rolling disc is composed of many special broken teeth, distributed in a dense point shape. These broken teeth are usually 1-2mm high and 2-4mm apart.

Among various pelletizing methods, the extrusion and rolling method has become a very popular pelletizing method internationally. It has the following characteristics:
(1) Large production capacity and low equipment costs;
(2) Can produce 0.5-3mm spherical particles with similar diameters and small dispersion bands;
(3) The content inside the pellets is uniform after granulation;
(4) The particle shape can be spherical, cylindrical, or amorphous; It is best to use a spherical shape for easy coating.
