Introduction
Characteristic:
1.Vertical enclosed structure, dust-free operation process, low material loss;

8.Optional online detection device for moisture content, particle size, and humidity of materials inside the machine.
Working Principle:
The irregular particles after compression are subjected to the combined action of centrifugal force, friction force, and gas buoyancy in the annular gap, and are mixed, bonded, and aggregated with the atomized slurry, completing several functions such as starting, granulation, particle amplification, rounding, and coating.
The so-called starting mother refers to the process of adding powdered materials into a rotating centrifuge, spraying atomized slurry, and obtaining sand like spherical particles. The size of the mother particle is generally d=0.18~0.8mm;
The so-called granulation refers to the process of adding spherical masterbatch or square crystal nucleus to a rotating centrifuge, spraying atomized slurry and powder, increasing the particle size from d to K. d, and obtaining spherical particles with high sphericity. The particle size is generally d=0.2~2.5mm, with a magnification of K ≤ 2.7 each time. Chinese medicine water pills can also be obtained by this method.
The so-called coating refers to the process of adding finished spherical particles into a centrifuge, spraying atomized coating solution, and evenly wrapping a thin film layer on the surface of each particle. The thickness of the thin film layer can be between 0.05 and 0.1mm
The so-called rounding refers to the cylindrical material obtained by extrusion being put into a high-speed centrifugal turntable. The material is cut into uniform cylindrical particles by the shear force of the turntable teeth, and the three-dimensional force of the thrust of the teeth on the centrifugal turntable, the centrifugal force of the turntable, and the frictional force between the cylinder wall and the particles work together to quickly produce highly spherical particles.
