Spherical Pill Making Machine
Introduction
Main Application:
This system is achieved by mixing powder materials with adhesives to create suitable soft materials. The soft materials are then extruded into cylindrical particles and placed into a spherical shot blasting machine to form highly spherical particles. The excess water is then dried using a drying equipment to obtain the desired spherical particles.
Working Principle:
Put the wet particles made in the previous process into a rotating centrifugal disc, so that the wet particles are subjected to air buoyancy in the annular gap, rotating centrifugal force, and self gravity, and move in a circular rope like manner. Spray the formula liquid into the moving material layer from a reasonable direction through a multi fluid spray gun, thereby forming highly spherical balls. The principle is similar to that of a rotating fluidized bed.
This machine uses a rotating centrifugal disc, blower, and pneumatic spray gun to turn wet particles into beautiful balls. Put the wet particles made in the previous process into the rotating centrifugal disc, start the blower, and then start the rotating centrifugal disc, so that the wet particles are subjected to the air buoyancy, rotating centrifugal force, and self gravity in the annular space, and move in a rope like manner, forming a ball with extremely high sphericity.
