2. A thin sheet of material that has a certain strength and thickness after being compressed by a pressure wheel.
3. Granulation: Composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a frequency converter, a granulation mechanism, and a sieve, the sheet-like material produced by the pressing component is granulated twice to produce the required particles. The upper granulation is blade type, while the lower granulation is rotary cage type. The particle size is controlled by the number of mesh holes.
4. Hydraulic: composed of a pressure device: electric hydraulic station, two oil cylinders, high-pressure oil pipe, shut-off valve, and pressure gauge. The required hardness of the formed product after pressing is controlled by the pressure of the oil pump, the speed of feeding, and the speed of the pressing wheel.
5. Electrical control: composed of electrical components and circuits such as frequency converters/PLCs/touch screens, it controls feeding, tablet pressing, and granulation through stepless speed regulation.
