Main Application
Because the mechanical vibration helps the material fluidization in the process of the fluidized bed dryer, it is not only conducive to the boundary layer turbulence, strengthen the transthermal mass transfer, but also ensures that the fluidized bed dryer equipment works under relatively stable flow mechanics conditions. This small fluidized bed dryer equipment not only has a good fluidized bed dryer function, but also can be attached to the material granulation, cooling, screening and conveying processes according to the process needs. At present, it has been widely used in sugar, medicine, fertilizer, chemical industry, plastics, dairy, salt, mining and other industrial sectors. This technology is basically mature and has formed a series.

2, food building materials industry: lees, MSG, sugar, salt, slag, bean seeds, etc.

Working Principle
The shape and basic structure of the widely used horizontal vibrating fluidized bed dryer are very similar to that of the ordinary horizontal fluidized bed dryer. The difference is that the whole body of the vibrating fluidized bed is supported on the base by the spring, the porous plate is slightly inclined to the discharge end, and the vibrating motor is installed on one or both sides of the body. The material relies on the double action of mechanical vibration and perforated air flow, and moves forward under the action of vibration. The material enters the machine from the feed port. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown in the horizontal direction and continuously moves forward. After the hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the wet air is discharged by the exhaust outlet after the dust removal by the cyclone separator.

Product features of small fluidized bed dryer:
1. The object is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, the strength of the fluidized bed dryer is high, and the energy saving is 30%-50% compared with the ordinary fluidized bed dryer.
2. The vibration source is driven by vibration motor, with balanced operation, easy maintenance, low noise and long life.
3. Uniform fluidization, no dead space and blowing through phenomenon, can obtain uniform fluidized bed dryer, cooling, humidifying products.
4. Good adjustability, wide adaptation surface, material layer thickness, moving speed in the machine and full amplitude change can be stepless adjustment.
5. It has little damage to the surface of the material, and can be used as a fluidized bed dryer for fragile materials. When the material particles are irregular, the working effect will not be affected.
6. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents the cross infection between the material and the outside air, and the working environment is clean.
