Box vacuum dryer working principle:


The box vacuum dryer is mainly composed of vacuum drying box, heating system, cooling system, pumping system, measuring system, control system and condensation recovery system. High frequency vacuum dryer working principle:


High frequency vacuum drying is a combination of high frequency medium heating and low temperature vacuum drying, is a fast, almost no waste drying method, especially suitable for hardwood, heavy wood drying. High frequency heating, also known as high frequency dielectric heating, is to convert the ordinary 380 V AC power supply into a high frequency electromagnetic field after booster rectification, and achieve high frequency heating through the corresponding negative electrode and cathode plate equipment. The high-frequency power is basically not wasted, energy saving and consumption reduction, and the drying cost is reduced to the greatest extent.


Double cone rotary vacuum dryer working principle:


The double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank body. The tank body is heated by hot water or steam into the jacket under vacuum condition. The heat is in contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank, and the water vapor evaporated after the material absorbs heat is drawn out through the vacuum exhaust pipe through the vacuum pump. Thus, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.

The working principle of cone belt dryer:


The equipment is composed of stainless steel vertical container, stirring and crushing device, discharge device and control device, gas reference system, etc. Heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure steam or thermal oil) is passed into the closed interlayer, and heat is transferred to the material to be dried through the inner shell. Under the power drive, the tank is rotated slowly, and the materials in the tank are continuously mixed, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening drying. The material is in a vacuum state, and the vapor pressure drops so that the water (solvent) on the surface of the material reaches a saturated state and evaporates, and is discharged and recycled by the vacuum pump in time. The water (solvent) inside the material continues to penetrate, evaporate and discharge to the surface, and the three processes continue to be carried out, and the material achieves the purpose of drying in a very short time.


Low temperature pulse vacuum dryer working principle:


When the low-temperature pulse vacuum dryer begins to operate, the temperature adapted to the characteristics of the material is first fully automatic control of the entire system. When the vacuum degree in the box reaches the saturated evaporation state of water or solvent, the material is promoted to achieve efficient foaming, reasonable heating method, the plate heating method is used to increase the effective heat exchange area, and the high-pressure hot air - vacuum convection method is used. Frequently change the air pressure in the box to break the foaming material in the drying tray, while the water vapor in the box is quickly vacuumed away, and the vacuum drying replacement function is played repeatedly, which greatly improves the drying efficiency.


Rake vacuum dryer working principle:


The sandwich and rake teeth are heated at the same time, the heat transfer area is larger, the thermal efficiency is high, and the drying efficiency is higher. Due to the high operating vacuum, the water vapor pressure on the surface of the material to be dried is much greater than the water vapor pressure in the evaporation space of the dryer shell, which is conducive to the discharge of water inside and on the surface of the material to be dried, and is conducive to the movement of water molecules of the material to be dried to achieve the purpose of drying.
